About Our Dhamma School
The Stockholm Buddhist Vihara Dhamma School has been providing Buddhist education to children since 1990. Our school aims to instill Buddhist values, cultural awareness, and ethical principles in young minds.
Cultural Heritage

Our Program
Class Structure
- Beginner Level (Ages 5-7): Introduction to basic Buddhist concepts through stories, songs, and activities.
- Intermediate Level (Ages 8-11): Deeper exploration of Buddhist teachings, meditation practice, and ethical principles.
- Advanced Level (Ages 12-16): Comprehensive study of Buddhist philosophy, advanced meditation, and community service.


Activities & Events
- Weekly Classes: Every Sunday
Week 16 - Week 43 - 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Week 44 - Week 15 - 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM.
- Special Celebrations: Vesak, Poson, Esala, and other Buddhist festivals.
- Annual Events: Year-end performances, meditation retreats, and community service projects.
- Family Involvement: Parent-child activities and family meditation sessions.
How to Join Our Dhamma School
Enrollment Process
- Complete the registration form - Available at the temple or downloadable from our website.
- Attend an orientation session - Learn about our curriculum, meet teachers, and tour the facilities.
- Receive confirmation - You'll be notified of your child's class placement within one week.
